As the only state in the country to manage its program locally, the Wyoming Congressional Award Council (WCAC) is able to reach young people where they live and provide hands-on guidance and mentoring. Our Invitational Golf Tournament, now in its 30th year, serves to celebrate and raise money to support the mission of the Wyoming Congressional Award.
